Property Litigation Solicitor - Kent.

Leading Legal 500 law firm with offices throughout the South East are currently looking to recruit an additional solicitor to join their highly ranked property litigation department.

This team undertakes a broad range of contentious and advisory property work for some of the leading property investment companies in the UK, major developers, and clients in a wide range of sectors including retail, leisure, government, infrastructure, utilities, financial, healthcare and charities, as well as for high net worth individuals. 

This is a junior to mid level position and therefore applications are welcome from Solicitors with up to 5 years PQE.  Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered but you must have covered a solid amount of property litigation work during your training contract.

Although this role is based in Kent, the firm offer flexibility regarding hours and also offer remote working.  

This team are very busy and have remained busy throughout the pandemic, largely due to their exceptional client base and reputation.
