Paralegal – Property Law
Essex

This leading law firm with offices across the country are currently seeking a junior Paralegal to join their Colchester office. This firm are Legal 500 and Chambers recognised and are consistently gaining industry awards and acknowledgements.

This role will suit an individual with experience in a law firm, ideally in property law. This role is perfect for an individual who has completed their LLB or a similar conversion and is currently undertaking or has completed the LPC. 

This role will sit within the firm’s property department and will assist fee earners and other paralegals with their caseloads. Some of the central duties of this role when supporting these fee earners will include but not be limited to:

• Identifying Titles
• Obtaining and chasing items from Local Authorities and the Land Registry
• Undertaking pre-completion Land Registry Searches and dealing with some matters related to post-completion.

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a 2:1 degree within law, or a similar conversion
• Have studied or be studying the LPC
