How much money does the London Eye make on average per day?

What's that got to do with a vacancy within Propositions development and management, right?

Directly, it doesn't. It's aim is to consider whether you have the analytical and commercial mindset needed to be a good propositions manager... thinking about all the variables, going beyond the obvious bit too, considering the complexities to come up with a well reasoned answer... if you can, you may have the kind of logical, rational and commercially connected mind we’re looking for.

You'd be challenged to apply this kind of thinking to the creation of new customer propositions on behalf of one of the big players in TV and Sports Media entertainment.

Connecting the dots between what customers want, how much they will happily pay, how large that prospect base may be, and how much of a return it could bring to the company. Factoring in all the internal and external variables which could impact on its success.

You don’t have to be a sports nut to land this one either. But you will need to put the customer at the centre of your thinking. Leveraging killer insight to come up with compelling and sometimes ingenious proposition ideas, with connected great customer experiences.

Able to translate things from ideas into business cases, selling these in to company stakeholders and ultimately taking through to launch. Which in turn land well with consumers and achieve commercial objectives.

Experience they’re looking for:

  • Evidence of what we’ve mentioned in the advert really – proposition creation and management, done within a consumer facing business
  • Keen analytical mind and you’ve handled a business case of two
  • Have got some meaningful results under your belt – if you’ve got metrics in your CV too that would be brilliant
