Role: Propositions Manager – B2C Digital Voice Services
Location:
Central London
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: 10% on target bonus, 10% employer pension, 25 days leave, 10x DIS life assurance and lots more.

Voice propositions are undergoing a revolution. Similar to how the move to digital TV transformed home entertainment 10 years ago, providing higher definition, more content choice, interactive and on-demand services.

Our homes have seen some of this already, with the introduction of voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home. With their level of integration into other devices to create smarter, automated homes taking off but really still in its infancy.

Working as a Propositions Manager on next generation voice services, you will be taking these converging technology and wrapping them up into compelling customer propositions.

The firm you will be joining has big ambitions for this emerging market and already has a place within millions of UK consumer households. Their roadmap for future converged voice products is in development and you will be looking at what the future landscape of their position in that emerging market will become.

Marrying customer need with commercial opportunity. Developing and bringing to market new customer propositions, the features, price point and connected customer experience to help grow market share.

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

  • Proposition development experience – putting the customer at the centre of thinking and coming up with clever ideas which connect to those needs and interests.
  • Able to evidence how you’ve thought broader and creatively to come up with proposition ideas
  • You’ve gained experience in the above within a consumer facing service industry ideally – e.g. telco, utility, financial services
  • Track record of initial idea creation through to delivery
