Role: Propositions Manager – Telecoms - Future Digital Voice Products
Location:
 Central London
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (based on experience)

Your TV got a new lease of life 10 years ago - introducing HD, interactive and on-demand services to become a smart device with apps, essentially transforming the home entertainment experience – your home phone is about to do the same. To be brought it into the digital age, making it more relevant to modern lives.

The technology is merging with other existing tech you may already have – such as Alexa or Google Home to create a converged solution. Creating a smarter, more convenient and better quality service fit for the modern age.

As the Propositions Manager for these next generation voice services, you will be looking to translate an understanding of consumer interests and trends with emerging technologies. Creating and bringing together added value service solutions with exceptional customer experiences, wrapping them up into a compelling proposition at a price which is perceived as good value.

There’s big ambitions for this emerging market, with the firm you’ll be joining already having a footing in millions of UK consumer households they’re looking to capitalise on.

Their roadmap for future converged voice products is currently in the development phase, and you will be looking have a big impact on what their future position within that emerging market will become.

Marrying customer need with commercial opportunity. Developing and bringing to market new customer propositions, the features, price point and connected customer experience to help grow market share.

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

  • Proposition development experience – putting the customer at the centre of thinking and coming up with clever ideas which connect to those needs and interests.
  • Able to evidence how you’ve thought broader and creatively to come up with proposition ideas
  • You’ve gained experience in the above within a B2C service industry ideally – e.g. telco, utility, financial services
  • Track record of taking things from initial idea creation through to delivery and launch to market
