If you’ve got a grounding in either pharmacovigilance or quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry and you’d like to hear about a great role with a well established and highly regarded research based pharma company I’d love to hear from you.

Our client has a fantastic reputation both from a product perspective and as a place to work.  With a range of well established and innovative pipeline products they have a balanced portfolio and enjoy consistent growth.  From a reputational perspective they have an incredible name both in terms of the quality of their products and their ethical conduct.

The team we’re recruiting for epitomises that reputation.  Their remit is to cover pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance (predominantly GMDP) and Regulatory Affairs.  It’s a well-established team with a very highly regarded leader who puts as much weight on the character of the people he hires as their specific experience.  The kinds of people who fit well in the team are fun, positive and collaborative as well as being pro active and curious about how they can contribute and develop.

We’re not looking for someone who has covered the full range of activities possible with QA or PV, rather someone with a solid grounding, a broad awareness and most importantly a real passion to develop their skills and career.

Examples of typical activities would include

For PV – Case processing, literature review and reporting to the MHRA and other relevant authorities.

For QA handling complaint management, CAPAs, working with the QMS and tracking systems and taking part in regular QA KPI reviews.

That having been said the team covers the full span of activities within these functions and there would be ample opportunities to get involved in a wide variety of activities.

What we’re looking for is really straightforward in terms of a technical background; you’ll have around a years’ experience in life science PV and / or QA.  This could have been gained in pharma, CRO / Service provider or in the health service.

What’s absolutely essential is that you’ll be able to demonstrate qualities that would make you a great fit for the team.  That is to say team working, proactivity and a desire to make a genuine contribution.

Our client is able to offer a great working environment with ongoing diverse opportunities for training and career development.  Their employer brand is absolutely great and you’ll not inly be learning and developing your skills but having a great time doing so.

We’re running to a fairly tight timeframe on this so if you’d like to know more please don’t wait to get in touch – look forward to hearing from you.
