Our client is a very well established EU headquartered life science business with a broad portfolio across a range of disease areas.  The person we’re looking for will be the head of the GMP QA function for a vaccines manufacturing site based in Berkshire.

This is very much the formal leadership role.  Not only will the person be responsible for a team of more than a dozen QA experts with a two tier reporting structure but they report directly to the site head and will be an intrinsic part of the senior leadership team.

For all that the role is complex and challenging the brief is quite simple.  I’m looking for:

Someone with proven leadership experience who’s got a track record of working as part of a senior leadership team.

A QA professional with an outstanding background in GMP

Biologics, ideally vaccines experience.

The role is open to both QPs and non-QPs.

The role offers a great opportunity to make a high impact contribution not only to what is done on site but how the site approaches QA .  We’re looking for someone who can act operationally and think strategically as your ideas will be sought and respected.
