Real Estate & Development Paralegal

This leading law firm has three offices across the country, and they are currently seeking a Property Development Paralegal to join busy team. This firm are Legal 500 and Chambers recognised and are consistently gaining industry awards and acknowledgements.

This role will suit a paralegal or legal assistant who has experience within Property or Property Development work as the main purpose of this role is to assist a fee-earner with their caseload as well as running some of your own cases. Some of the duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Completing stamp duty land tax returns
• Dealing with and undertaking property registrations
• Drafting reports on title
• Assisting with property acquisitions and sales

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Hold a 2:1 degree within law, or a similar conversion
• Have studied or be studying the LPC

Location:  London
Salary:  £19,000 - £25,000 – dependant on location and experience
Hours:  Full-time
