Recoveries Manager, £55k - £70k

This a great opportunity for an experienced Recoveries Manager to join a leading property finance company in a newly created role.

Your role is to ensure the most successful outcome for all recovery cases so you will need to be very experienced at working out situations for defaulting and delayed repayment loans and confident in dealing with troubled borrowers, LPAs, solicitors etc. You will need to use your extensive experience and technical ability in managing the repayment of overdue loans and recoveries cases in the real estate funding space.

You'll need a strong Recoveries background gained in commercial real estate / development finance, secured property lending. The company provide short and medium term finance, mezzanine & bridging loans and have recently completed their largest loan. 

As a recoveries specialist you’ll manage a portfolio of real estate development and bridging loans into SME clients with current loan exposures up to c£3m.

You will become an important part of the Loan Management team and you will participate in regular Credit Committee meetings providing high quality strategic information and recommendations.

This position will involve a mix of office and home working. Their offices are near Farringdon, London.
