Role: Recruitment Consultant – Microsoft Technologies

Location: Hybrid working in central Tunbridge Wells office

Blue Pelican is hiring and looking for hungry and motivated recruiters to come and be a part of something special.

You’ll be joining our Microsoft practice, who cover the whole product stack ranging from Dynamics 365, Microsoft Business Intelligence, Azure, as well as all the development tools in between. As a team we cover core requirements from top Microsoft Gold Partners and end user clients across all industries. You’ll be partnering with colleagues within the team to win new business and deliver to an established client roster.

This will be a 360 remit, responsible for business development, relationship management, client delivery as well as role sourcing too.

The specialist area you’ll be responsible for growing will cover Microsoft development across all industries. We have no client ownership, so there’s a serious amount of opportunity to grow value from existing clients as well as build relationships and open new doors with prospective clients too.

What we’re looking for

  • Experienced 360 recruiter, able to demonstrate the ability to open the doors with new business. Negotiating fees, exclusivity arrangements and successfully influencing in a B2B sales environment
  • Past experience of hiring within the data or analytics industry would be a real advantage
  • Good relationship management skills with a commercial focus. You know how to spot the opportunity for win/win and how to finesse things to get positive outcomes
  • You’re organised and know how to structure searches to deliver results for clients quickly and effectively
  • Motivated to achieve results, tenacious and driven.
