Recruitment Coordinator – Legal Sector

They are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. The purpose of this role will be to attract, recruit and on-board candidates.
 
The central responsibilities of this role include:
  • Briefing agencies on the firm’s preferred supplier list of new vacancies
  • Writing job descriptions and adverts
  • Using Linked In and other social media to speak with potential candidates
  • Involvement in interview processes
  • Attending firm events and careers fairs
 
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience, whether that be within an agency or in-house.
 
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (hybrid working)
