Residential Conveyancer - Kent/Sussex border.

Legal 500 law firm who have been established for many years and have an outstanding reputation in the area, are looking to recruit an additional residential conveyancer to join their busy and highly successful residential property team.

This position has been created due to an internal move/promotion which has created the need for a full time residential conveyancer to handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to post completion.

Please note this firm operate a non volume, high quality service and would rather turn work away than put their fee earners under extreme pressure.  Many of their clients and properties are very high net worth so again this promotes more of a quality rather than volume environment.

Applications are welcome from qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with at least 2 years experience of running a residential property caseload.  Full secretarial support is given along with a relaxed and friendly working environment and a beautiful village location on the Kent/Sussex borders.

This firm have put a flexible working policy in place post Covid allowing all staff to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.  Flexible hours will also be considered but this is a full time position.
