Residential Conveyancer - Canterbury, Kent.

Well regarded South East practice are looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to join their team based at their Canterbury office.  This team are extremely busy and have remained busy throughout the pandemic.

The role will involve managing your own caseload of residential property matters and the work will be interesting and varied including freehold and leasehold properties and dealing with a variety of clients including individuals, estate agents and developers.  

Applications are welcome from solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers and paralegals but it is essential that you have at least 2 years experience of managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.  You must be a fee earner rather than support and experience of sales and purchases of leasehold properties is also a must.
