Residential Property Lawyer - Central London.

My client have a very successful residential property department which has remained busy throughout the pandemic and has got even busier over the last few months, so they now need to recruit an additional qualified lawyer into the team.

The team deal with a range of residential property transactions including leasehold and freehold and clients range from first time buyers to high net worth individuals buying and selling multi million pound properties.  

Applications are welcome from qualified lawyers - Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Chartered Legal Executives (Fellows) with around 1 to 4 years PQE.  You will be experienced in managing residential property transactions from start to finish and will be very IT literate including proficient in the use of case management systems.
