Residential Property Solicitor / Senior Associate - Central London plus hybrid working.

Top 100 law firm are looking to recruit an experienced residential property solicitor into their very highly ranked residential property team in Central London, a stones throw from a mainline train station.  

This team handle an exceptionally high quality caseload and client base and therefore it is essential that you have solid experience of handling high net worth residential property transactions from start to finish.  

This is a senior associate level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers that have at least 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.  As stated above, it is essential that you are confident handling the sale & purchase of high net worth properties and therefore you are likely to be working for another London law firm or a large regional practice.  

You will also be actively involved in business development and therefore any experience of this would be an advantage.

This role is based in Central London but this firm offer great flexibility and a hybrid working environment offering an equal split of office and remote working.
