Customer Reporting Analyst – Data Visualisation

SALARY -               £50k - £60k plus excellent benefits

CLIENT

One of the UK’s leading Data Marketing Agencies is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious customer analytics reporting and data visualisation specialist.

This role sits amongst a large Marketing Sciences team and will be responsible for supporting the growth of the data visualisation and Business Intelligence reporting arm of the business. It’s a great opportunity to be part of an influential and visible team, delivering dashboard and data visualisation solutions for a variety of large brand clients.

You should have strong skills in one of the leading data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau, as well as the ability to work in a fast paced agency environment, often interacting with clients to gather requirements and shape solutions.

Your remit includes taking briefs from clients and building dashboard projects, scoping out requirements all the way to the final wireframe build, and leading your team of two Reporting Analysts to deliver against this.

Core Responsibilities:

• Devising, building, designing, implementing and maintaining reporting dashboards
• Built, update and automate data flows
• Scoping out the requirements and project managing an end-to-end solution
• Provide documentation and training guides
• Ability to interpret the data and bug fixing
• Ability to manage your own workload

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Strong experience of Tableau, Power BI or similar tool
• Scoping out requirements and project management
• Understanding of SQL queries and database joins
• Understanding of ETL process
• Ideally Java programming skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve numerical and technical problems
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Good communication skills, written, verbal, etc. is essential for this client facing role
