Working with a Global Pharmaceutical company to produce effective brand strategies and tactics, ensure the highest level of achievement in sales and profitability targets within budget and time frame. Being the first to discover and act upon customer insights, helping the business become the preferred partner. Being able to ensure that the brand/s achieves rapid penetration and sustained market-leading performance is continued.

Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

Salary: c.£57,000 - £74,000

Benefits: Car Allowance 15% Bonus (other benefits tbc)

Location: Berkshire - Greater London - Surrey 

Term: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract 

The Senior Brand Manager responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership and producing an effective brand strategy and tactical plans for the achievement of sales and targets.
• Being able to work to short time scales
• High-level budget responsibilities for the UK & Ire
• Effective line management and development of the specific marketing brand team, coaching and training where required 
• Ability to launch a new product while maintaining collaboration on existing products
• Monitor and critically review the implementation of tactical plans for assigned products against KPIs
• Monitoring od brand sales again budget usage via external and internal data sources (IQVIA/IMS Data)

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Educated to degree level, preferably in business or marketing
• Experience of leading brand planning process in a Pharma marketing role
• Experience of directly managing others and leading teams successfully via matrix management
• Knowledgeable on NHS structure/HTA submissions
• ABPI qualified – or a strong understanding of this
• Preferably respiratory or specialty care, however, this is not an essential requirement
