Senior Insight Analyst – CRM, Loyalty & Product

We are searching for an experienced Senior Insights Analyst to join this recognisable online insurance provider.

You will be working alongside some very credible data experts who hail from the likes of Aimia and one of the UK’s largest marketing agencies.

We are after someone with a strong background in CRM and campaign measurement, as well as customer profiling and customer behavioural analysis, in order to provide highly valuable customer insights to improve personalised targeted marketing to this company’s huge customer base.

Technically we need someone with skills in SQL as well as R or Python; they use SQL and R in house for all their modelling and analysis.

The company are hugely invested in data and with their recent hire of a CDO, they have great ambitions for this team. So a great time to be joining them at the start of this journey and opportunity to diversify your skills in a pure play digital organisation.

SALARY -            £50k - £65k plus excellent benefits, including lots of training and development opps

LOCATION -        Central London

Skills and experience required:

• Educated to degree level in a numerate subject; Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Economics, Machine Learning, Computer Science etc.
• A strong background in CRM and campaign measurement, customer profiling, segmentation and customer behavioural analysis
• Programming experience with Python, R or SAS is essential, as well as skills using SQL
• Ability to gather and scope requirements for a variety of analytical projects, as well as lead on projects
• A modern approach to omnichannel marketing analysis techniques is needed
• Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate findings in a compelling way
