Role: Senior Digital Analyst
Location: Central London offices, twice a week with 3 days from home
Salary: Base up to £65k plus benefits

As most of the teams you’ll be working in partnership with will be embedded onsite with the client. This really is a fully rounded digital analytics opportunity.

Over the coming 6+ months, there’s a number of GA4 migrations in the offing and with this opportunity you’ll be splitting up your week supporting some of these, as well as working into one specific client within the global automotive industry.

Project work will vary, from supporting on new business pieces, talking to teams on capabilities of the digital analytics practice, understanding where and how opportunities arise within existing clients for you to get your teeth into.

As well as getting involved in some of the GA4 migration projects, supporting  with audits, helping with implementations, ensuring tagging is in place for tracking, setting up reporting and dashboarding using Google Data Studio or Power BI.

The team you’ll be joining is the agency’s Data Analytics function, it’s a team made up of social, digital and customer analytics specialists.

The wider data function includes data strategy and data science teams.

As a unit they’ve been consistently growing headcount in recent years in response to client demand.

Coming in as a senior, you will have the opportunity to work with junior members of the team to mentor and develop their technical and business skills, and could see this role as a clear opportunity to strengthen your own people skills getting you ready for a move into management in future.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Good solid knowledge of Google Analytics, with knowledge of GA4 or very strong Adobe skills and keen to learn Google Analytics
  • Strong skills in setting up reporting, dashboards, visualisations and giving meaning to data
  • Ideally you’ve handled migration work before
  • Able to draw meaning from data, translating it into recommendations
  • Confident with Google Tag Manager
  • Good understanding of marketing and digital data within ecommerce
