Senior Digital Analyst

** Global Digital Agency – Sports and Manufacturing clients **

LOCATION -     Remote / Central London

SALARY -        £45k - £55k plus benefits and excellent training opportunities

Having recently won an additional significant stake in a global sports brand account, making them their largest agency supplier for creative and production worldwide, this growing digital agency are looking to grow the centralised data team in order to support its growth and in turn the growth of other clients in the same vein, from an analytical perspective. They are building a global team for said client and have more to do in the data area. There are practice leads that specialise in media/audience, social, web, marketing performance, so a broad analytics understanding is key, but we can also be a little flexible around where your main strengths lie across this spectrum.

In addition you will also work on a very different but highly interesting account in the largest supplier of doors for the UK. Although, admittedly, not quite as glamourous as the sports brand (!), there is some challenging and interesting projects to contribute to as well!

In terms of the balance of skills we’re after, you should have a solid base in web analytics, as well as skills in digital campaign analysis, and ideally some exposure to using social listening tools and if possible, performance marketing analytics too – but the line manager is pragmatic and understands this is a tall ask! So, if instead you just have an ambition or basic understanding of how the mechanics of these measurement pieces work, he’s more than happy to consider your profile.

You report into the Data Strategy Data, who has an impressive data agency background, and is tasked with leading the way on analytics and data strategy for a variety of accounts. The plan is to grow the function and in turn offering, significantly, so you will be joining at an exciting time of growth and change; a huge opportunity to diversify your skills across lots of different analytical projects.

Ultimately, being a brand new role this offers a unique greenfield opportunity to grow your analytical skills, and work with one of the biggest sports (and door) brands in the world!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/RESPONSIBILITES

  • Educated to degree level in a numerate or marketing related subject
  • Proven experience in digital analytics, ideally including web and ideally social and marketing performance analysis across channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Affiliates and Display Advertising
  • Background in using Google Analytics OR Adobe Analytics for analysis and reporting purposes; ability to develop dashboards and provide insights on campaign and website performance
  • Excellent communication skills in order to present to and liaise with clients and internal colleagues
