Role:   Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Salary:   £50K - £65K
Location:   Central London

Are you a Senior PPC Manager, Senior Biddable Manager or Paid Media Manager with both strategic experience and yet still hands-on with PPC?

Experienced in planning and executing large scale international PPC/Paid Search campaigns?

Know what it’s like working with clients & stakeholders who set a high bar?

THE ROLE

This is an agency remit with a difference. Since it’s more akin to consulting, whilst also being hands-on with delivery.

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’re going to be joining an established team, but taking lead on digital paid media for a global tech and media client.

The amusing element to this role is your client actually created the tools and platforms you’ll be using to drive customer acquisition strategies for them and their products.

You’ve got to be comfortable taking on a hands-on remit with PPC & across GDN, creating and managing campaigns, with a close eye on performance and results.

This will not be just your standard agency role which responds to briefs and does checks-ins once a month to feedback on performance.

Your involvement is much deeper and more meaningful to hold the right level of influence and help drive the right outcomes.

You’re going to be the expert in the room, and they will listen and take notice of you because of that. Giving you scope to influence in more meaningful ways in order to achieve the desired outcomes.

Responsible for keeping the relationship recognised as a valued partner, rather than just service provider.

Your key stakeholders will be digital marketing leaders and product managers, acting as an extension to their internal teams.

You’ll be driving large scale Paid Search campaigns in Google Ad’s interface. Proving ongoing management and optimization of these campaigns.

Working as part of a friendly and collaborative team, you’ll work closely with other digital marketing channels, to ensure a smooth integration of online marketing into your clients overall marketing strategy.

You’ll lead customer experience testing and optimization throughout the customer journey. Everything from ad creative, ad placement, to landing page, conversion forms etc.

KEY EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Demonstrable expertise in PPC and Display, covering execution and strategy
  • You know what the latest changes are and what’s likely coming down path which will impact on digital performance marketing, able to talk about these and have a good understanding in how to adapt and evolve to meet these
  • Subject matter expert enough, you’re confident in the strategy you devise and can push back on stakeholder challenges form a knowledgeable and credible stance
  • Humble and authentic in nature. You get how to consult with clients
  • Experience can be from agency or client side – or a mix – can work at pace like you’d expect in consulting/agency environments
  • Experience doing this kind of thing in B2B / Tech industries ideal
