Senior PPC Manager
Location: Acton base offices, Monday’s and Wednesday’s
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 base

We’re talking a £20m a year specialist kicks and trainer re-seller who have just achieved a £4m cash injection to support their ambitions of expanding internationally.

Your remit is to own their UK and EU based PPC campaigns, it’s a circa £5m budget and the ambition for the business is to scale into a billion-dollar business over the coming years.

This is a hands-on role – owning the strategy and its execution. Handling the build, optimisation and profitability of campaigns delivered at scale, across multiple markets.

You’ll be reporting to the Head of function, and have autonomy over the direction, tactics and day-to-day operation and optimisation of all campaign activity. Including Google Shopping, Performance Max campaigns, video and display adverts across both Google and Microsoft ad platforms.

There’s a ton of opportunity for growth and development as the business realises it’s journey to become the globally dominant player in the fascinating, incredibly dynamic and obsessive marketplace for rare, sold-out and limited-edition trainers.

Key Experience

  • Good depth of knowledge and experience in digital performance media
  • You know manual and smart bidding strategies as well as how to effectively optimise campaigns through A/B testing, page optimisation, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with large-scale budgets and optimising campaigns to deliver best value for money, achieving volume and value metrics
  • Passion and interest in the subject matter and industry
  • Knowledge of GA, product feed management and SA360
  • Comfortable developing and executing your own test and learn strategies
