Job: Senior Scientific Team Leader  

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus

What the job is.

Reporting to the Scientific Services Director, you will be a key member of the UK Communications Leadership Team, making operational decisions and recommendations for the running of the agency. You will also provide editorial advice to a wider editorial group, client services team, and management team, while interacting with stakeholders at all levels of our organization and manage and develop a team of medical writers.

Minimum requirement for applicants.

• Degree in life science or equivalent experience
• Proven writing experience >4 in a medical communications agency or within pharmaceutical industry. (I’m afraid academic experience will no apply here)
• Highly computer literate with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Demonstrable experience of client liaison and interaction for >4 years or equivalent, including client visits and on-site experience.
• Demonstrable ability to coach/mentor writers
• Management or supervisory experience.
