Senior Web Analyst

Working as part of a large, stablished in house marketing function you will take a lead on the delivery of actionable insights, through the use of web analytics techniques, within an omnichannel environment.

This international e-commerce luxury retailer is looking to continue growing it’s customer behavioural understanding and in turn building loyalty and retention with its customer base.

You will mentor more junior members of staff, as well as working closely with other team members including BI Analysts to develop insightful reporting process and automation.

You will be proactive in identifying potential issues and areas for improvement in relation to reporting for the business, as well as staying up to date with the latest tools and trends in digital analytics.

POSITION –                         Senior Web Analyst
LOCATION –                       Tunbridge Wells, Kent 
SALARY –                             £35k – £45k plus excellent benefits

Experience required:

• Educated to degree level, ideally in a numerate subject
• Experience using Google Analytics for digital analysis and reporting is ESSENTIAL
• The ability to presenting insightful findings around customer behaviour and marketing activity in an engaging and thought provoking way
• Strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and peers
• Strong preference for e-commerce and retail experience
