Banking & Capital Markets Solicitor – 0-4 years’ PQE London Salary: £55,000 minimum (this will be the NQ salary) A top 100 law firm in Central London are looking to recruit Banking Solicitor to their well-established team. The successful applicant will fall within the range of a newly qualified solicitor with experience through a training seat in general banking law, capital markets transactions, charity law, housing association law or regulatory law, up to a Banking Solicitor with up to 4 years of post-qualification experience. Some of the areas of work this individual will find themselves gaining experience in include, but are not limited to: Banking: advising borrowers on loan agreements, private placements, listed bond issues, ISDA agreements and PFI loan agreements and related funding agreements Complex property finance law Commercial law Corporate law Regulation law Charity law Community benefit society law The clients of this department are primarily local authorities and housing organisations.
