Solutions Manager - FMCG Retail

This leading retail research and solutions giant is looking for someone to deliver the Solutions plan for Category, Commercial and Supply Chain, creating and delivering profitable solutions projects in this area.

You’d be responsible for the delivery of category, supply chain and commercial products. These include blended learning and people development, strategy development projects and performance improvement initiatives.

The company work with global giants in the sector such as P&G, Tesco, Unilever etc all the way through to start up companies seeking advice and solutions for their business issues in areas such as E-commerce, Supply Chain, Training & People Development etc.

The softer skills are around your communication style, ability to work in a fast paced organisation, how you collaborate with team members and the wider business. The company have experienced huge growth throughout the pandemic, over 100% on the previous period. Their clients are based all around the world.

Flexible working: Majority home based, 3-4 days p/wk with a minimum of 1 day in the office per week to be around the team.

Location: UK HQ is near Watford.

Salary: up to £58k + a £5k car allowance + Benefits package.

Once travel restrictions are eased there may be some international travel required but that will be infrequent, once or twice a year.
