Web Analyst

Financial Services

Salary: c.£40,000

Location: Andover or London

Are you a Digital/Web Analyst looking to take their next step?

Are you a Google Analytics expert with a keen eye for detail and are passionate about numbers and data?

We are looking for a Web Analyst to join a Financial Services company with knowledge of forecasting, planning, attribution analysis and campaign performance tracking focusing on digital channels – could this be you?

Ideally, you will have a Customer and Brand focus, and will be keen to work proactively to deliver complete results to a high level of detail.

You will be supporting the Head of Digital and the wider Marketing team to optimise acquisition, maximise delivery and ensure the best possible journey for the customer, as well as creating digital marketing reports for the wider business.

About the business

In just 6 years this company’s gone from start-up to market lead within its particular niche. Their business is continuing to scale at pace, which is why they’re scaling their marketing investment so much looking ahead to 2022, they are even opening a brand new office in London!

It’s this scaling in spend which is driving their continued hiring. As they need more specialist support to own strategic and tactical channels like this. To give them a proper focus and ensure results are delivered to.

It’s still a family owned and run business, so don’t expect anything corporate. But you will find you have a really supportive and inspirational manager in the Head of Marketing. Someone who really understands the mechanics of direct response marketing and will be a great champion for your work.

So if you’re interested in joining a place where you’d be more than just a cog within a production line, why not give this a try?

Key experience

  • Experience with a dashboarding tool (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)

  • Able to demonstrate you’ve worked with similar budgets before and love the opportunity to join a business which doesn’t have a lot of red tape. But does have a lot of potential growth ahead of it.
  • The ability to work collaboratively, and work well across the digital and offline marketing teams in MI, web and finance.
  • Direct response marketing knowledge (specifically of DRTV), it’s not essential, but if you have the ability to really dig into the performance side and optimisation of the channel then this is a plus
