<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">It&rsquo;s a high-growth, consumer-focused business which generates around &pound;100m+ turnover and operates across over 100 venues around the UK is looking to hire a Head of CRM into a newly created role.</span></span></span></p>

However there&rsquo;s still lots to build, and some of the initial structure established. But the real work starts now.</span></span></span></p>

With you handling this relatively small inbound contact team, ensuring solid alignment between automated journeys which push outbound and the real-world inbound customer interactions which come back from them, ensuring the journeys are effective in delivering the appropriate KPI&rsquo;s.</span></span></span></p>

It&rsquo;s a mixture of understanding what&rsquo;s needed within a communication to ensure it remains compliant under FCA rules, whilst also being clear to the reader/receiver too. Making sure what they say to customers is not only fair and accurate, but genuinely engaging.</p>

<p>You&rsquo;ll be the person who helps marketing and product teams strike the right balance between warmth and accuracy. One minute, reviewing a financial promotion for a new insurance product. The next, advising a team on how to make something clearer, simpler, better perhaps within the terms and conditions.</p>

<p>This isn&rsquo;t a role for someone who wants to hide behind rules. It&rsquo;s for someone who understands <i>why</i> those rules matter &ndash; who can explain, challenge and guide others towards getting it right.</p>

<p>Here&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;ll bring:</p>

	<li>Experience reviewing financial promotions, customer communications, or even a compliance background &ndash; naturally to do this, you must have a background&nbsp;within insurance,&nbsp;financial services or another consumer facing regulated industry where the communications must be clear and correct.</li>
	<li>A solid grasp of FCA, ASA and Consumer Duty standards for marketing content and copy</li>
	<li>The ability to influence and collaborate with different teams</li>
	<li>A sharp eye for language and a steady hand under pressure</li>
</ul>

This is one of those roles where you&rsquo;re not just producing numbers, you&rsquo;re shaping decisions. The output lands with senior leaders, working with many of them as a business partner, and regularly informs board-level conversations, so it suits someone who likes their work to actually go somewhere.</span></span></span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">You&rsquo;ll need to be strong in <b>Excel</b> (proper modelling, not just spreadsheets) and confident with <b>Tableau</b>. Data won&rsquo;t always arrive perfectly packaged, so being comfortable with a bit of wrangling and sense-checking is important. If you enjoy improving reporting and making things cleaner over time, you&rsquo;ll probably like this.</span></span></span></p>
