Due to recent growth, this outstanding firm are currently looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join their busy Accounts team with the desire to work towards becoming a Legal Cashier with FULL training and support provided!
 
The main responsibilities and duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
 
  • Assist with maintaining Bankline CHAPS/Faster Payments templates for all payees, adding, and removing as required.
  • Checking over all bills raised by fee earners.
  • Daily bank reconciliations – both firm and client accounts.
  • Raising both client and office cheques.
  • Posting of cheque requests.
  • Dealing with invoices and invoicing.
  • Assisting with petty cash.
  • Assist with processing purchase ledger
  • Assist with credit control.
  • Filing all posting summaries on a daily basis.
 
Location – Herne Bay
Hours – 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 (DOE)
