Azure DevOps Engineer (Remote based)

Role: Azure DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote based- Infrequent travel to customer sites required.

Salary: £48,000- £68,000 DOE- Comprehensive benefits package on top

The role:

The company are looking to expand on their current success by investing to grow their Cloud Solutions Capability and offering independent Azure Services. Being a part of a brand new team this will provide a unique opportunity that gives a start-up feel whilst being backed by a multi-billion pound organisation and the use of their near household name.

Working on client facing projects and helping to contribute toward the strategic direction of the Azure Cloud Solutions capability.

You will be configuring and setting up Azure DevOps, building CI/CD pipelines for projects, automating and providing support on the deployment of Azure PaaS and IaaS environments, creating team DevOps principals and strategies and also delivering workshops to customers.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience with Azure DevOps
  • Experience with Azure Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps principals (CI/CD, TDD, Application Security, Automation and Quality)
  • Good communication, team player and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience conducting client workshops
  • Knowledge of: Azure AD, Cloud concepts, containers, terraform, API Management, NET Core, Cloud-Native Technologies and Databases
