Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Maidstone, Kent.

Leading modern law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced commercial litigation solicitor to join their commercial disputes team.  This team deal with a range of commercial and contractual disputes - many of which are high value and some are high profile.  The quality of work and clients is certainly of City quality but you have the benefit of being based in rural Kent.

You will ideally be experienced in managing your own caseload of commercial litigation matters and therefore it is anticipated that you will have 3+ years PQE.  Experience in and an interest in business development is also required as although there is an existing caseload they want someone who is keen to develop this and bring on board new work too (which you will be very well rewarded for).  

On offer is an excellent basic salary as well as a generous commission structure.
