Commercial PSL - Remote working.  In-house opportunity.

This is an exciting and unusual opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor to join a tech start up firm as a professional support lawyer and work on a fully remote basis.

Are you an experienced qualified commercial solicitor?  Are you an expert in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts?  Do you have an interest in technology and the IT industry?  If yes, then this could be a great role for you.

This firm are breaking the mould within the AI business and are looking for a senior and experienced commercial lawyer to join them on their journey.  You will be working closely alongside the developers, assisting in building, analysing and advising on contracts and breaking them down and explaining in simple terms.  You will consider yourself to be an expert in commercial contracts and be a first class communicator.  Any employment law experience would be great but is by no means essential.  It is the commercial background that is essential.  

Applications are welcome from commercial solicitors currently working in-house or those in private practice who are looking to make the move in-house and not have billing or chargeable hour targets anymore.  

There is lots of flexibility in this role as it is fully remote.  They only ask that you are able to attend the head office in Kent from time to time.  They are also happy to consider those looking to work either 4 or 5 days per week and those wanting flexible hours are encouraged to apply too.  A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.
