Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

This is a senior level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors with at least 4/5 years PQE.  It is essential that you have strong commercial contracts experience in terms of drafting, reviewing and negotiating and this could have been gained from an in-house or private practice environment.  

Applications are also welcome from experienced solicitors who have practiced both corporate and commercial law but now wish to specialise purely in commercial and commercial contracts.  

Any experience in working with the IT and technology industry would be ideal and an interest in this area would be a distinct advantage.
