Job title: Partner Practice area: Corporate & Commercial Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 (dependent on experience & client base) PQE: 10+ years My client is looking for an experienced solicitor to join their growing Corporate & Commercial team. You will play a crucial role in developing the practice, supporting junior associates & trainees and working on a wide range of matters. Acquisition & Sales Asset Transfers and Financing Secured Lending & Debt Finance Commercial Contracts Private Equity & Venture Capital Data Protection & Privacy IT Distribution, Co-operation & Exclusivity Arrangements Co-operative Ownership Joint Ventures, Partnerships & Shareholder Agreements The firm The firm pride themselves on being approachable, pragmatic and outcomes focused.
