Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Mid Kent (hybrid working).

Legal 500 practice based in mid Kent, are currently looking to expand their immensely successful corporate/commercial department by recruiting another lawyer.

This department deal with a variety of quality work, acting for a broad range of clients, therefore the work is varied and interesting and no day is the same.  The role will involve dealing with both corporate (corporate transactional, M&A, restructures etc...) and some commercial work too (commercial contracts, IP/IT etc...).

The firm are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive but are flexible on level of PQE and therefore will consider newly qualified upwards.  But you must have at least 6 months experience of handling corporate work (this could be part of your training contract).  

This firm offer a flexible working environment including hybrid working (2 days per week in the office) and this is not going to be increased.  Of course if you want to attend the office more you can but there is no expectation to do so.  It is also a very 'grown up' environment where you are given the autonomy you want, albeit all the support you need too.
