Corporate Solicitor - Brighton, East Sussex.

Leading South East law firm, highly ranked for all areas of law, are looking to expand their corporate commercial department by recruiting an additional junior level solicitor.

The work will be mainly corporate so M&A, corporate finance, banking and general corporate transactional work, but will also include some commercial and contracts work too.  

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the best corporate lawyers in the region, based in a brilliant location on the Sussex Coast.

This is a junior level position and therefore applications are welcome from solicitors or legal executives ideally with around 1 to 2 years PQE in corporate law.  NQ lawyers will be considered but you must have covered a 6 month corporate/commercial seat during your training contract.
