Corporate Solicitor - West Kent (hybrid working).

One of the longest established law firms in Kent with a fantastic reputation are recruiting an additional lawyer into their corporate & commercial team who are highly ranked in the Legal 500.

This is a junior level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified solicitors or CILEx with 1+ years corporate experience.  NQ Solicitors will also be considered if you have completed at least a 6 month corporate training seat during your training contract.  

Although this role sits within the corporate and commercial team, the role is more corporate and transactional focussed and will involve mergers & acquisitions, the buying and selling of businesses etc...

This is a small but very supportive team and it's a great opportunity to learn from and work alongside some of the best lawyers in Kent.
