Corporate Solicitor - Kent.  

Leading law firm based in West Kent are currently looking to recruit a junior solicitor for their highly successful corporate department.  This team of 4 deal with a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate banking work along with some commercial matters too.  The client base is broad and varied from small local businesses in Kent to larger international firms.  

This is a junior level position so applications are welcome from junior solicitors with up to around 2 years PQE.  NQ solicitors will be considered provided they have covered a corporate seat during training.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very friendly team and learn from some highly experienced corporate partners.  They will provide excellent hands on training but there is also the freedom to manage your own caseload too.
