Role: CRM/eCRM Account Director
Location
: South Manchester offices twice a week typically
Salary: Up to £65k base plus pension, healthcare, life assurance and lots more

We’re not looking for you to reinvent the wheel, as the current one has been turning for 20+ years and doing a really effective job of things.

Indeed, with this opportunity you’ll be handed the reigns to a well defined loyalty/email marketing programme on behalf of a well-known high street retailer .

The programme targets their community of animal lovers and is designed to drive loyalty and engagement. It’s a content and communications led programme and your main day to day contacts will be creatives, and your remit will be to define the right strategies and approach to delivering these.

Ensuring targeting and tailoring of content to the right audiences. Defining the right strategies behind communication journeys so they build customer engagement and in turn drive repeat purchase.

You’ll be joining a specialist loyalty agency who handle all eCRM, customer, journey and loyalty communications on behalf of this retailer.

Supported by a creative team who will pick up on a lot of the operational delivery and admin tasks. Freeing you up to look at the bigger picture and more strategic objectives, whilst also oversighting delivery and pushing campaigns out the door, which are all handled by  the wider team too.

You’re going to be the kind of person who knows what makes world class basics in email marketing to drive customer loyalty, and are comfortable oversighting quality, ensuring this remains high whilst still being a programme of scale and pace.

Key Experience Needed

  • Agency/Consultancy experience in CRM/Loyalty and email marketing
  • Experience across, email, SMS and Direct Mail would be prefered
  • Previous management/mentoring experience of more junior members of a team
  • Solid planning skills centred around content and campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools would be beneficial
  • First-rate communications skills, with the ability to be articulate in person and in writing and strong presentation skills with an innate rapport build
  • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to studio output.
