Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus 10% bonus, pension, healthcare, life assurance, etc. This is a chance to learn something new and jump into the world of CDP’s with both feet. Taking the experience you have in creating data led campaigns, and applying it to things like audience creation and defining rules engines to create seamless omni-channel customer journeys with real-time personalisation through the activation of customer data. You’ll be joining a team of 20+ people and be part of the company’s centralised CRM team. They happen to have one of the largest customer bases in the UK, with around 50% of UK households signed up as registered customers. They’ve been going through something of a transformation in 2024 of their CRM function. Having completed the migration of new martech and data transformation, and completed the initial stages of a multi-phase programme to level-up their customer marketing and lifecycle marketing capabilities, evolving them into a world-class function. There’s still more to do. The CDP is a big part of this, and this tech is still pretty new to the business, so there’s still plenty of scope to help realise value. Their CDP of choice is Tealium and are prepared to provide training on the platform. So there’s no need to have prior knowledge of the tool. What you do need to have is a clear understanding of application of customer data within CRM for personalisation. With this I mean, you understand how customer data is used in CRM to best effect for things like personalisation, triggers, dynamic content, etc. But you’re specifically looking for a role where you’re working on the activation side of things, and are keen to learn new things and pick up new tools and platform knowledge. A mission driven organisation who are highly creative and commercially sharp. The last couple of years have seen the business realise significant commercial success, culminating in consistent over-performance of commercial goals and objectives which have put the company in a very strong position going forwards. Their offices are located in Central London, close to Shoreditch and within easy reach of a number of tube stations. It’s a hybrid working environment, typically 2 days in office a week. The option is there to do more if you like, and their office is very much a destination worth going to. Modern, plush, Experience Needed Must have a solid background within a consumer CRM environment, with good understanding of use of data for things like audience creation and personalisation If you’ve hands-on experience with a CDP, that would be significantly advantageous. Proficient in various CRM platforms and tools, such as SFMC, CDP’s, Movable Ink, Jacquard, etc. Analytical and data literate with the ability to interpret CRM campaign data to identify opportunities to create accurate, targeted and highly personalised experiences SQL skills will be beneficial Ability to work on complex projects of scale within a CRM campaigns environment Want to Apply?
