Role: Data Strategy Director Location: London office – Part-time remote working optional Salary: Up to circa £80,000 plus benefits Who doesn’t love wearing their favourite tracksuit when working from home with a coffee and a sarnie on the arm of their sofa? In this role, you’re going to be helping an agency’s global sporting brand to effectively create, optimise and promote new content using your CRM, Social and Web experience. Working closely with the analytics and social teams, you will be developing growth roadmaps, test and learn frameworks, aiding in establishing best practices, and strategising how to best promote and optimise the client’s content. With a minimum of 2 days in office which is based in London, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Data Strategy and your work will mainly be with this account. However, once frameworks are in place, they will be implemented across other brands and as a result, your team will grow and newfound opportunities will follow. You will also be a CRM specialist, designing connected customer experiences in personalisation, segmentation, market automation and data collection with your strategic and analytical techniques then present those insights to various technical and non-technical levels. A vital aspect of this role will be Test and Learn, ensuring that what you do can result in the most insightful and optimally actionable strategies and enhance the ROI of campaigns. Required skills include: Web experience, using either GA or Adobe Analytics Social experience, previous use of platforms like Sprinklr or Crimson Hexagon Tools like Google Optimise, Optimizely or Hotjar for Testing and Optimisation Some exposure to campaign management or market automation tools The ability to communicate well and tell stories with data Want to Apply?
