The rapidly growing VC backed Management Consultancy is looking to a Digital Marketing Manager to its Marketing team. The role will be responsible for driving lead generation for the business and will have full control of all digital marketing of the company and it’s consultancy services.

The company is a Venture Capitalist backed Management Consultancy, they have grown rapidly and have over 200 Consultants working across the globe covering clients in Aerospace, Defence and Manufacturing predominantly. They are focusing on transforming the marketing team and it’s technology and focusing on generating high-value project leads where the CEO & Directors can take the lead on the business development of those leads.

Their culture is focused on making their employees the best people they can be and they have a dedicated training program to keep their employees talents razor sharp. The CEO and Leadership have always had a passion for Marketing and are driving significant changes to the  Marketing team such as a new Marketing Automation platform and rebuilding the website to make it a best in class product.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will join our successful  Marketing team based in their London offices and be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day planning and execution of the Digital Marketing strategy with the primary goal being to drive lead generation/engagement against mapped client stakeholders as well as brand awareness
  • Ensure all digital platforms are kept up to date with accurate and latest information
  • Create and manage link building strategies and content marketing strategies
  • Track, report and optimise digital marketing performance against company and industry metrics on a monthly basis
  • Day to day management of the Automation platform, email marketing and reporting (HubSpot)
  • Day to day management of social media channels / campaigns
  • Manage and optimise PPC, SEO, and wider Social Media Advertising
  • Manage website and form updates
  • Working alongside the in-house graphic/web designer to create compelling digital campaigns
  • Manage videographers in creating unique and engaging content
  • Keep abreast of new social media practices, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
  • Take ownership of personal development and learning, taking the opportunity to develop new skills and identify training needs where required
  • Maintain the validity of the client stakeholder engagement maps communicating changes where applicable
  • Manage the Marketing Knowledge Management system including industry reporting and best practice

The ideal candidate will have a hands on approach to Digital Marketing and have a background in Lead Generation Marketing (preferably focusing on High-Value Leads), be a team player and really want to forge a career in a career in B2B Digital Marketing. You can have experience from either an agency or client side background as long as you have owned Digital Marketing/Lead Generation activates.

The Digital Marketing Manager – B2B – Management Consultancy role requires the following experience: 

  • Several years of digital marketing experience driving both brand and lead generation programmes
  • Practical experience in identifying, implementing and managing digital marketing platforms
  • Proven project management skills
  • Track record of driving initiatives that have shown measurable impact in B2B business development.
  • Experience managing external agencies
  • Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, WebEx and Automation tools i.e. HubSpot
  • B2B Experience

Desirable

  • Degree in Marketing-related discipline
  • HubSpot Certified
  • HTML experience
  • CRM implementation experience
