Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent – with remote working
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits

First thing to clarify before going into the details of what’s on offer here is the working arrangements.

Currently the business, like most, is fully remote. But when they do return to offices, they’ve said it’s likely only going to need a couple of days a week for meetings and such. Otherwise, they’ve embraced the home working revolution.

So what about the role?

It’s both a management position, leading a team of 3, and a highly collaborative and strategic one.

You’ll be working at more a strategic capability than a hands-dirty delivery one. But requires a well rounded digital background to oversee all the moving parts and channels.

So includes SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM and digital analytics – for which they use GA, so a decent knowledge of this would be necessary to dig into the data and be able to pull insights to inform your strategy.

You’ll be overseeing and pulling together multiple workstreams and collaborating with teams across buying and merchandising, as well as brand, performance and retention/CRM too. Planning and overseeing the execution of campaigns which cover multiple international territories across Europe.

Digging into regional performance metrics, understanding what is and isn’t working. Then planning the next steps to optimise customer value and ROI.

The team you’ll be leading is made up of differing levels of experience, with an assistant, exec and senior exec. So another string to your bow will be the ability to coach, mentor and inspire the team.

The Company

They’re a digital first international retail organisation, and one of the largest in their vertical. They specialise in the luxury end of the market.

The marketing team is around 60 people, and you’ll be reporting into the Head of Marketing.

It’s very much a family environment with a very diverse team. They’ve been around a long time too, originating from a high-street operation who made the move to digital pure play quite some time ago.

So you’re going to be joining a very inclusive and progressive firm. One who’s also done really well over the last year commercially. Who happen to also take professional growth very seriously and invest well into their people to support progression.

So if all this ticks boxes for you and you’d be interested in knowing more, why not apply today?
