Now, they’re looking for a Director of Partnerships to join the pack and lead the creation of meaningful, long-term brand collaborations that reflect shared values and truly engage customers. This role reports directly to the CEO and offers the freedom to shape a partnerships strategy that is less about chasing short-term commercial gains, and more about building authentic, lasting relationships — think partnerships like Vitality and Itsu, or O2 Priority Moments. These collaborations don’t have to be financially motivated or directly benefit the dog — they can encourage owners to get active and engaged themselves. For example, the company previously ran a very successful coffee discount campaign where thousands of steps taken with your loyal companion translated into discounts on coffee — rewarding owners and encouraging healthy, shared activity. About the role As Director of Partnerships, you’ll focus on identifying brands with aligned values and working closely across marketing, product, and customer teams to create partnerships that enrich the customer experience and strengthen the brand’s mission. What you’ll be doing Spotting and developing brand partnerships based on shared values and complementary customer engagement Designing long-term collaborations that deepen customer loyalty and brand affinity Building and nurturing lasting relationships, ensuring partnerships deliver real value for all parties Collaborating internally to bring partnerships to life across multiple channels Helping shape the strategic direction of partnerships as a core part of the company’s growth About you You’ve proven yourself in building meaningful, values-aligned brand partnerships within consumer-facing businesses You understand that successful partnerships go beyond financials to focus on authentic customer value and engagement You’re brand-first but commercially savvy — comfortable building from the ground up in a fast-moving environment You love dogs (this isn’t optional!) and are passionate about helping improve pet wellbeing You thrive working collaboratively but can also take ownership and lead independently Why join?
