Job Title: Dynamics 365 BC Functional Consultant

 

We’re working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who specialise in charities and the not for profit sector. The company are currently around 100 employees strong but have plans to grow by 20-30% this year.

They are currently hiring for a D365 BC Consultant to work on a remote basis with occasional travel to customer sites throughout the country.

The company offer a salary of up to £60,000 DOE, a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus. On top of this they offer some unique perks such as allowing employees to take one day a month fully paid to volunteer with a charity of their choice and their work from anywhere scheme, which allows you to take your work anywhere in the world for two weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing clients' business and identifying ways Dynamics BC / GP can add value
  • Devising and executing plans for the implementation of Dynamics BC / GP, keeping clients updated.
  • Providing end-user training, data migration, and contributing to presales engagements
  • Supporting businesses post-implementation

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent presentation and training skills
  • Ability to design and track processes
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Experience in process documentation
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to manage client and company interests

Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics BC, related integration, reporting and customization tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform

Work Experience:

  • Full project life cycle experience in implementation
  • Experience training clients and their internal IT/training team
  • Corporate communication experience as an employee or manager/consultant
