Family Solicitor - Tunbridge Wells, Kent (hybrid).

Well established and super friendly Kent law firm who have a solid reputation in the area and a very low staff turnover, are looking to recruit a family solicitor to join a team who deal with a range of family law matters (privately funded).  This role has come about due to a pending retirement, but rather than replace with another partner they are looking to recruit at a more junior to mid level and welcome applications from qualified lawyers (solicitors or legal executives) with 2+ years PQE.  

There is an existing family law caseload and established clients due to the high quality reputation of the firm and the department, therefore you will step into a caseload of family law matters (albeit supported) from day one.

You will be used to managing a mixed family caseload ideally including experience of divorce, ancillary relief and general financial matters and private children work.  Any additional family law qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential.
