Family Solicitor / Legal Executive - West Kent.

Multi office law firm with a strong reputation in Kent are looking to recruit a family law fee earner to join a team of 4.  The department handle a purely private caseload of family law matters, many of which are high net worth and often involve complex and high value assets.  The work will primarily involve financial matters but there will also be some private children work too.  

This firm offer exceptional quality work and you will have the opportunity to work alongside some leaders in the family law field.  They also offer an extremely friendly and flexible working environment and offer realistic and transparent opportunities to progress within the firm.  A number of their partners joined the firm as junior lawyers and have worked their way up.

This is a mid level position and therefore applications are welcome from qualified solicitors or legal executives who have solid and current or very recent experience of managing a privately funded family law caseload.  You are likely to have 2+ years PQE in family law and any additional qualifications/experience in collaborative law and/or mediation would be an advantage.
