Head of Litigation - Kent.

This is a very rare opportunity to join a Legal 500 law firm in Kent as Head of Litigation.

This firm are very well ranked, well established, and their litigation team handle a variety of commercial disputes - the majority of which are complex and high value.  

Due to a pending retirement, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced lawyer (must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 10 years PQE in managing commercial disputes.  You are likely to be at senior associate or partner level and will also have some experience of managing other fee earners or ideally of managing a team.

This is a perfect role if you are currently a 'number 2 or 3' in the department and feel that you will never make it to head the department yourself, or maybe you are already a head of department but want to join a more progressive firm with better quality work/clients.  

On offer is a highly competitive base salary, bonus and commission scheme, and other additional benefits.  The package would easily exceed £100k+
