What You’ll Do

  • Craft omni-channel strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Stay ahead of trends to boost campaigns.
  • Collaborate on tracking and reporting with tools like GA4, GMP.
  • Innovate with solutions like CRO, SEO, MVT, DCO.
  • Support Business Development with proposals and growth.
  • Shape our go-to-market strategy in sports marketing.
  • Coach colleagues, fostering collaboration across teams.

Who You Are

  • Proven leader in performance media with impactful campaigns.
  • Expert in digital platforms, attribution, and tracking.
  • Commercial thinker with revenue growth experience.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, agile settings (boutique agency experience a plus).
  • Inspiring, innovative, and curious about trends/tech.
  • Hands-on yet strategic.
  • Sports marketing experience is a bonus, but ambition is key.
