IT Project Manager

Our client, a leading British Retail Company are recruiting for an experienced IT Project Manager with Retail experience.

The company are a market leader in their field and have over 300 stores across the UK. They have an international presence with offices and further stores across Europe.  Their headquarters are in the south of Essex.

They maintain a family feel within business and work hard to retain their company culture whilst also offering hybrid working. Their hybrid work policy is two days per week in the office and three days remotely. They ask that everybody works from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The IT team has over 30 members and has a very low turnover of staff. There is excellent progression and development throughout the business with great training on offer throughout your time there.

You will be managing multiple projects across all areas of their IT stack (including supply chain, Infrastructure, Software development, ERP and CRM) ensuring that defined time frames and budgets are met. 

Salary: £65,000 (Flexible) + benefits

Requirements:

• Previous Project Management experience within a retail environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Previously managed a broad range of IT Projects
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to run projects to pre-defined budgets and timelines.
• Good relationship building skills
